Free to start. Crews are always free.

Most people chasing a goal juggle five tools. Corvyn is one app that knows about all of it.

  • A food trackerthat charges extra for its barcode scanner
  • A lifting logthat doesn't know about your knee
  • Recipe screenshotswith no idea of the macros
  • A group chatthat goes quiet after a week
  • A notes fileof what your physio told you

How it works

Everything your goal needs, in the order you'd use it.

Nine parts, one log. Every screen reads from the same record of what you ate, lifted and weighed, so nothing has to be entered twice.

01 Log food Free

Search it, scan it, or pick it from your own foods.

Type “chicken” and your own foods come first, then your cookbook, then a built-in table of everyday foods with real nutrition data. Scan a barcode for the label's exact numbers. Tap anything to change the amount: last time was 130 g, today it's 110, and the macros follow.

  • Recents and favourites remember the amount you usually have
  • Barcode scanning and brand search, no subscription needed
  • Describe a whole plate or snap a photo with AI Premium

02 Today

Your whole day on one board.

Protein and calorie rings show what's left at a glance, with carbs and fat underneath. Your food log is grouped by meal, with a subtotal for each. Weight, sleep, water, steps and supplements are tiles you tap once, and steps arrive from Apple Health on their own.

  • Swipe a food to delete it, star it to keep it
  • Copy yesterday's breakfast in one tap
  • Weigh-ins show the change since the last one

03 Meal plan

Know where the day will land before dinner.

Set up slots like pre-lift, post-lift and dinner, each with a few options you really eat. Log one with a tap and undo it just as fast. “Finish the plan” shows where you'll end up, and warns you if you'll fall short on protein or run over on calories.

  • Each slot shows upcoming, due now, late or logged
  • Options can link straight to cookbook recipes
  • On rest days the slots switch to breakfast and lunch

04 Train Free

Workouts built from what you actually lifted. Injuries included.

Tap Generate and today's session is built from your own history in an instant: the lifts you do every time stay, accessories take turns, and the weight goes up once you hit the top of your rep range. Restrictions like “no deep hip flexion” are enforced in code, and rehab blocks go in whole, in order.

  • Last session's numbers next to every exercise
  • Tick a set to fill in the target, drag to reorder
  • Rehab only progresses after a pain-free session

05 Trends

The weekly trend is the measurement. The daily number is just steering.

A 7-day average smooths out water-weight noise, so one salty dinner doesn't send you spiralling. See your rate per week, an estimated date for your goal, a weekly table of averages and how your lifts are moving.

  • Weekly weight, calories, protein, steps and sleep
  • Estimated one-rep max for every lift
  • Waist and body-fat estimates, with the method shown

06 Cookbook

Recipes that already know their macros.

Paste a recipe or just describe it, and it comes back with realistic macros per ingredient. Scale it from 1 to 24 servings, log one plate into today with a tap, and send the ingredients to a shopping list that merges amounts across recipes.

  • Calories per gram of protein, scored against your targets
  • Note what went wrong and get a revised version Premium
  • A shopping list you can check off in the store

07 Crew Always free

A few friends who can see if you showed up.

Start a private crew of 2 to 10 people with an invite link. Your check-in builds itself from your log, so there's nothing extra to post. See everyone's streak and last week at a glance, and nudge anyone who's slipping: it lands as a notification on their phone.

  • You pick what each crew sees: weight as a %, in pounds, or hidden
  • Share your cookbook with the crew
  • No public feed, no followers, no strangers

08 Crew chat Always free

A group chat that's actually about the goal.

Every crew gets its own chat. @mention someone and they get a notification even when the chat is busy. All your crews sit in one Messages inbox, a tap from any tab.

  • Mentions are highlighted, and ones for you stand out
  • Long-press to copy, delete, report or block
  • Only your crew can read it

09 Coach Premium

A coach that remembers what you told it.

Ask it anything. It can read your day, your trends and your recipes, and it remembers your injuries, that you like estimates rounded up, and that you don't want nagging mid-day. When something changes, it updates your plan and saves the note.

  • Logs food, builds workouts and adds recipes for you
  • A weekly review every Sunday, with one suggestion
  • A wellness coach, not a doctor, and it says so

“Give any change three weeks before you act on it.”

One of the plain-spoken coaching lines built into Corvyn.

Privacy & security

Your health data is yours. Not an ad network's.

Corvyn holds your weight, your food, your sleep and your injuries. We treat that the way you'd want a friend to.

  • Never sold. Never used for ads.

Health and fitness data isn't used for advertising or marketing and isn't shared with data brokers. There are no ad networks in the app.

  • Row-level security on every table.

The database itself checks that each account can only read its own rows, and that crew mates see only what you've chosen to share.

  • Apple App Attest.

Every AI request has to prove it came from the genuine app on a real iPhone. That keeps out scripts, scrapers and abuse.

  • The AI key stays on our servers.

AI requests go through our server, which holds the key, checks your plan limits and sends only what that feature needs. Our AI provider doesn't train on it.

  • Crews see what you choose.

Sharing is set per crew and per metric. Your food log and exact numbers stay private unless you turn them on.

  • Export or delete, any time.

Download everything as JSON or CSV. Delete your account inside the app and your data goes with it.

Nothing you log gets overwritten.

  • Saved the moment you log it. On your phone first, then synced. It works in a basement gym with no signal.
  • Undo is always there. Every change is recorded, and AI suggestions never replace what you entered.
  • Honest with Apple Health. Only real measurements are written back. Estimates stay estimates.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Anything else? Email support@corvyn.app and a person will reply.

Can I download it now?

Corvyn is in a TestFlight beta on iPhone. Join the beta and you'll get an invite from Apple's TestFlight app. It comes to the App Store once beta crews have used it long enough for us to be confident in it.

Do my friends have to pay to join my crew?

No. Crews, chat, check-ins, nudges and the leaderboard are free for everyone, and so are food logging and workouts. Premium adds the in-app AI: the coach, describe and photo logging, and the recipe builder.

What can my crew see about me?

Only what you share, set separately for each crew. You can show weight change as a percentage, in pounds, or not at all, and choose whether to share calories and protein hit or missed, training, steps and notes. Your food log and exact numbers stay private unless you turn them on. You can leave a crew, or remove and block a member, at any time.

How accurate are the food numbers?

Search results come from USDA FoodData Central and barcodes from the product label, so they're as good as the label. AI estimates for a described meal or a photo are estimates, and the app says so: every item can be checked and edited. For the most accurate log, weigh your food.

I have an injury. Can it really work around it?

You tell it your restrictions, like “no deep hip flexion” or “no behind-the-neck pressing”, and generated workouts never include those movements; that's checked in code. Rehab blocks only progress when pain stays at 3/10 or lower. It isn't a substitute for your physio or doctor: follow their advice, and stop if something hurts.

Does it work with Apple Health?

Yes, if you allow it. It reads steps, weight, body fat, workouts, sleep and active energy, and can write back the food you log and weights you enter. You choose which types in iOS Settings and can switch access off at any time.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. AI features are processed through Anthropic's commercial API, whose terms say inputs aren't used for training. We never sell your data or use health data for advertising. The privacy policy has the details.

Does it work offline?

Logging does. Everything saves on your phone first and syncs when you're back online, and workouts are built on your phone. Brand search, barcode lookups and AI features need a connection.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Corvyn is iPhone-only for now, and Android is on the list for later.

Who is it for?

Adults who lift and are trying to lose fat while getting stronger, especially with a friend or two doing the same. You need to be 18 or older. It's a wellness app, not a medical one, so it isn't designed for clinical weight-loss programs.

Start your next block with your crew.
